Competency based programmes aim to develop behavioral and functional capabilities. At Dynamic cables, learning initiatives emphasize on-the-job learning as also learning through projects and classroom sessions. A well planned calendar of programmes along with a menu of learning options is offered to employees who are encouraged to draft their own development plan. We have set up to provide specialized training on technical and functional skills. Behavioral programmes target the development of leadership and managerial competencies including a specific focus on Youth & women managers, as also focused training on Safety and Customer Centricity.
